2. Ordering: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by SmartLight Energy. We reserve the right to reject any order or cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if necessary.
3. Payment: All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Payment for orders must be made in full before the order can be processed and shipped. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
4. Shipping: SmartLight Energy offers shipping throughout South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the order and the shipping location. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the product and the shipping location. SmartLight Energy is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
5. Warranty: SmartLight Energy offers warranties on all of our products. The length and terms of the warranty vary depending on the product. The warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.
6. Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
7. Limitation of Liability: SmartLight Energy is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, regardless of the cause. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
