Payment Policy

Please note that full payment is required before items can be dispatched or collected from our shop/warehouse.

As a wholesaler/retailer of equipment, we do not have in-house installers. Even if we refer you to an installer, payment must be made and cleared prior to dispatching goods directly to you or to the installer collecting on your behalf.

We accept EFT bank transfer payments as well as card payments. Please note that card payment orders made on our website take at least 72 hours to reflect. To ensure faster processing, we recommend using EFT and utilizing Immediate Pay & Clear if you are not with First National Bank.

Please confirm stock availability before making any payments as reversals may take up to 7 working days for accounting and management to confirm everything.
